The body you’re in is the ticket to the body you want

Learn to love the body you're in now to get the body you want later

Have you ever found yourself wishing your body looked or felt different? Do you feel like your body is betraying you?

 

Maybe you wish it were smaller, more toned, leaner.

Maybe you hope for the pain to subside so you can just … live.

Whatever the case, I hear you and I see you.

However, the body you’re in right now is the ticket to get the body that you want.

What does that even mean?

It means that learning how to love the skin your in gives you the small success you need to achieve the body you are desiring.

Being kind and compassionate with yourself, knowing that you are lovable as you are.

Choosing happiness now, rather than putting it off until the weight comes off or until the pain goes away.

 

Once you can make Peace with your body, it will begin to heal itself.

The body is wise, sensitive, intuitive.

It knows when it’s not being loved, even on a psychological level.

It feels when it’s not being cared for, even though you feel it has betrayed you.

The body always knows.

And it’s waiting for your unconditional love. So it can love you back.

You can’t hate your body into transformation.

It’s simply impossible.

 

Believing that you need to work harder is a toxic belief.

Thinking you need to eat fewer calories, or limit fat, is a toxic belief.

Feeling like you are broken and need fixing. That is a toxic belief.

 

Toxic beliefs are just that – toxic.

They impact just about every aspect of life because they are deeply rooted in the subconscious.

Everything from what we say to how we behave, the way we move and how we treat our body.

It’s possible that you are living with this toxic belief.

If so, know that you are not alone.

Know that I see you and I hear you.

You can free yourself from toxic beliefs.
